The main feature of the large two tiered patio area is a 2.5m x 2.5m Jacuzzi Pool which is great fun for children or those needing to cool down during the hot summer days!

There is a covered eating area, and ample space for numerous sun loungers and chairs as well as a bar-b-que, so you will never be short of space.

There are two retractable sun canopes to help shade for the hot summer days.

Side entrance - As the house is totally detatched, you can access the rear of the property either side, with one side being adjacent to a 'zone vert' meaning the nearest house one side is at least 20m away with the other entrance being via the utility area on the lower ground floor.

Jacuzzi water pump and filters are also located within this area.
