The house has a total of 3 double bedrooms however it can comfortably sleep up to 10 people.
Bedroom One is on the ground floor and has a king sized bed with its own en-suite bathroom with a bath, separate shower, heated towel rail and toilet. There is plenty of storage and shuttered windows overlooking the patio with distant mountain views.
Bedroom Two also has a king sized bed with an en-euite bathroom, bath, shower attachment, heated towel rail, toilet and bedet.This bedroom has two aspects, with the main window overlooking the large patio area downstairs and the mountains in the distance, with the other smaller window looking out to the side of the property.
Bedroom Three is a very large and bright room which has a quaint covered balcony enjoying both sea and mountain views. There is plenty of room for a chair or two to enjoy the views or unwind at the end of the day.
This room is perfect for a family or several children as it has enough room for a king sized double bed, children’s bunk beds in a seperate part of the room and a large, comfortable sofa bed which will easily sleep two adults or children.
This room used to be two seperate rooms before it was changed by the previous owners, so has four fitted wardrobes and enough room for a seperate dressing room table and chair. The en-suite bathroom has a toilet, bath, shower attachment and heated towel rail.
Here we have an extendable table and chairs which could easily accommodate two families wishing to eat in doors. With subtle lighting or opening French doors, a perfect dining experience can be enjoyed in this area.

The main entrance to the kitchen is off from the entrance hall however there is also a sliding patio door which leads out to the front of the house where a real wood-fired pizza oven can be found along with a herb garden area, perfectly located!
The main feature of the large two tiered patio area is a 2.5m x 2.5m Jacuzzi Pool which is great fun for children or those needing to cool down during the hot summer days!
There is a covered eating area, and ample space for numerous sun loungers and chairs as well as a bar-b-que, so you will never be short of space.
There are two retractable sun canopes to help shade for the hot summer days.

Side entrance - As the house is totally detatched, you can access the rear of the property either side, with one side being adjacent to a 'zone vert' meaning the nearest house one side is at least 20m away with the other entrance being via the utility area on the lower ground floor.
Utility area - This area includes space for a washing machine and tumble dryer, including a double sink and draining area. Two storage cupboards can also be found in this area. Jacuzzi water pump and filters are also located within this area.
Small workshop & storage area - there is a small workshop and storage area in the side passage way leading from the front to the rear of the property. An idea place to store tools and general maintenance equipment.
Rear Garden - The rear garden is very mature and very private, with different tiers on each section. The first part is below the lower tier of the patio & Jacuzzi pool are. It is mainly laid to lawn and has several fruit & olive trees with plenty of outside space. The lowest part of the garden gives access to the very rear of the property and beyond to the 10+ Hectares of space which is included within the whole Castellaras domaine.
