Come and visit our beautiful villa in the gated commune of Castellaras, one of the first ‘Domain Privies’ in the South of France.
Just 20 mins from Nice airport, 5 mins from Valbonne, 10 mins form Cannes, 15 mins from Antibes, 20 mins from Nice, 30 mins from Monaco and a lifetime away from a crowded holiday resort!
The house can comfortably sleep two families and up to 10 people with three double beds, bunk beds and a very comfortable sofa bed.
It includes all the mod cons you could wish for including a dish washer, washing machine, tumble dryer, microwave oven, fridge freezer, gas & electric oven PLUS a wide screen TV, Play Station, Satellite TV and wireless Internet connection.
You also have the exclusive use of our very own Jacuzzi Pool on your own veranda, to help cool down during the hot summer days or for the children to enjoy whilst you sip a long cool Pimms! (or suitable alternative) with sun loungers, family table & chairs and the obligatory BBQ!
Alternatively you could enjoy the use of the massive family pool area which is life guarded every day and enjoys both shallow and deep areas for every swimming ability.
For a more peaceful sun bathe or swim you can always (assuming you are 15 years old or older) use the adult swimming pool at the ‘Club Chateau’, which has spectacular views over neighbouring Mougins and the coast.
That is also the location of the summer restaurant open Wednesday to Sunday for lunch and dinner throughout July and August.
Our quiet villa is tucked away and completely un-overlooked and is one of only a few that is completely detached and only one of three that has it’s own private pool area in it’s own garden.
The contact changing views of the distant sea and mountain ranges makes for a wonderful back drop anytime of the day or evening.
The downstairs bedroom has a four poster king sized bed-framed bed and en-suite bathroom – upstairs there is another king-size bed, again with it’s own en-suite bathroom.
The other bedroom was once two separate rooms which has been converted into a much larger one which comfortably has a king sized bed, bunk beds and a large comfortable sofa bed – this makes for a lovely family room or a great kids room if two families share the house with the adults using the other bedrooms.
Castellaras is a famous old village which has around 80 exclusive properties surrounding the beautiful Chateau. It is very private and yet offers you the opportunity to mix with others as, when or if you want.
It is perfect for adults who want to escape the whirlwind of a busy holiday location as well as great for all the family to enjoy the space and facilities this famous private domain offers.
